What Flow is

Flow is a personal spending tracker. It records what you enter and shows you summaries, estimates and signals based on it. Flow is not a bank, doesn’t move money and isn’t financial advice. Figures like “safe to spend”, projections and inflation are estimates from your own entries; check what matters before you rely on it.

Your account

You can start without an email. Add an email and password to keep your entries safe and use Flow on other devices. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. You may use Flow if you’re able to accept these terms where you live.

Your data

What you log is yours. You let us store, sync and process it only to run Flow for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Using Flow fairly

Don’t try to break, overload or get around Flow’s security, don’t access other people’s accounts, don’t use Flow to fetch or probe other websites, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may limit how often requests can be made to keep Flow fast for everyone.

Plans and payment

• Free: logging, search, favorites, SMS paste, sync, reminders, the weekly recap, import and export, up to four budgets (an overall one and three more) and up to five bills and installments.
• Trial: every new account gets 30 days of Pro from the moment it’s created, with no card. When it ends, the account moves to Free.
• Early access: Flow may run in early access, when every account has Pro free of charge and no trial counts down. Before paid plans begin, every account gets a fresh trial.
• International card (Stripe): Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; Pro then stays until the end of the period you paid for.
• Iranian bank card (Zarinpal): you buy one month or twelve months up front. It doesn’t renew. Buying again adds the time after your current end date.
• Prices are shown before you pay and can change. A new price never applies to a period you’ve already paid for.
• When Pro ends, three days’ grace follow, then Free. Nothing you created is deleted or disabled; Free’s limits only apply when creating new budgets or bills.
• If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@flowapp.ir. Deleting your account cancels a Stripe subscription immediately, without a refund for the running period.

Availability and changes

Flow keeps working on your device when our server can’t be reached, and syncs later. We work to keep the service running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we’ll tell you first.

Ending

You can stop using Flow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we can.

Liability

Flow is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made from Flow’s figures. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change applies. Using Flow after that means you accept the new terms.
